This being my first year in the Pastorate I am going to start what I hope to be an annual
“event” where I take a theologian and spend the entire year getting to know his work and getting to know him closely. While for this year I am getting a late start I am going to study Herman Bavinck this year. I am going to enter into this by first reading the newly released biography of Dr. Bavinck by Ron Gleason, Ph.D, a PCA Pastor in Yorba Linda, CA (which will be a familiar town to Rush Limbaugh listeners).
